  • Weather Policy: The event operates in typical winter weather conditions. In cases of severe weather that affect safety, the event may be canceled, and guests will be notified by 2 pm on the event day.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only available in the case of an official event cancellation. Booking fees are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: In cases of event cancellation, guests may reschedule to an available date, transfer tickets to the following year, or request a refund within 28 days of the original booking.
