Refund and Cancellation Policy for Diamond Lights

At Diamond Lights, we are committed to providing a magical and memorable experience for all our visitors. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while ensuring a fair process for all ticket holders. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.


General Refund Policy

  • Refunds: Diamond Lights does not offer refunds for unused tickets, changes in personal circumstances, or non-attendance if the event proceeds as scheduled.
  • Ticket Transfers: Transfers are available only if Diamond Lights cancels an event date.
  • Third-Party Protection: We recommend adding refund protection or insurance when purchasing tickets to cover unforeseen changes in plans.

Adverse Weather Conditions

Diamond Lights is an outdoor winter event, open rain or shine. We encourage visitors to dress warmly and be prepared for typical winter weather. However, in extreme weather conditions that may affect the safety of our guests and staff, we may decide to cancel the event.

Weather-Based Cancellations: In the rare instance of severe weather, Diamond Lights will notify affected guests by 2 pm on the day of the event. Notifications will be sent via email, SMS (where applicable), and updated on our website and social media channels.

Cancellation Options: Guests with bookings on a canceled night will be given options to:

  • Reschedule their tickets to an available date later in the season.
  • Transfer their tickets to the following year’s Diamond Lights event.
  • Request a full refund (excluding booking fees).
Submitting a Cancellation Request: Refund requests due to event cancellation must be submitted within 28 days of the original booking date.

    Date Change Requests

    In the event that the event proceeds as scheduled, no date change requests, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.


    Additional Information

    • Booking Fees: Please note that booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Costs Incurred: Diamond Lights is not responsible for additional costs incurred by guests in relation to the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and other associated expenses.
