• Train: The nearest major station is Derby, about 14 miles away, with bus or taxi options to reach Carsington.

The event is designed to be accessible within the limits of the natural site, with trail adjustments made where possible. In cases of extreme weather, ticket rescheduling may be considered for guests with mobility aids.

For the safety and comfort of all visitors, dogs are not permitted at the event.

The event will go ahead in typical winter weather conditions, but in extreme weather, Diamond Lights may cancel for safety reasons. Guests will be notified by 2pm on the event day. In the case of cancellation, rebooking or refund options will be provided.

Transfers or refunds are only available if the event is officially canceled.

The event prioritises low-energy lighting, minimises light and noise pollution, and carefully considers the impact on local wildlife, especially bats.
